1. Internet Explorer

a)      Go to Tools – Internet Options – Advanced tab.

b)     Scroll down to Security section and check boxes for both “Use TLS 1.1” and “Use TLS 1.2”.

c)      Click OK.

2. Chrome

a)      Go to Settings, scroll down to click Advanced.

b)     Scroll down to Network section and click Proxy Settings.

c)      Select Advanced tab and scroll down to Security category and check the boxes for both

“TLS 1.1” and “TLS 1.2”.
